I want something that is Sold Out. Can I pre order for later?

What secure payment gateways are used for payments?

We use Razorpay to process payments, ensuring that your card data is never stored on their servers. Your purchase information is only used to complete the transaction and is not stored thereafter. For further details, you can review Razorpay’s terms and conditions at razorpay.com.



What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with our Concierge Team within 48 hours of receiving the said product. We request that you send us a photo of any damage for our records. We will also require the image of the packaging so that we can investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We take utmost care to package our shipments however if you do receive a damaged product please Whatsapp us at +919667252277 or email us at concierge@artisans-vault.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product. Alternatively you can fill out our contact form here and we will get in touch with you. Please retain all original packaging, tags and slips.

What are your delivery timelines?

Order dispatch for ready products -  Within 3- 7 working days from order date

Delivery - Within 3 to 15 working days post dispatch depending on your pin code/location

Express Delivery - Please contact concierge@artisans-vault.com or fill out this form here for any special requests

For Made to Order products please expect a production time of 3-5 weeks depending on the customizations involved.

Regular updates regarding your shipment will be sent to you through email. We will try and get your order to you as soon as we can.

Do you ship internationally?

While we accept international orders, It is not possible to place international orders via the website for the moment.
