Return Policy for Domestic Orders

We ensure our clients are satisfied of their choices before making a purchase, by communicating with them and providing detailed information about the piece(s). We also guarantee that the piece will look exactly like the pictures and videos shared with you. Since our collection comprises mostly of unique pieces, and shipping is complex because the items are fragile or heavy, we do not generally entertain returns. However, in the highly unlikely event that an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will make things right by finding an acceptable solution. This may include repair, exchange, or in some cases, return of the product.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with the help desk within 48 hours of receiving the said product. Initiate the process by writing to us at concierge@artisans-vault.com with the subject line “Product return [your invoice number]”. We request that you send us a photo of any damage for our records; it will help us assist you further. We will also require the image of the packaging, the box in which it was packed so that we can investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

No requests for returns/refunds and exchange will be entertained after 48 hours from the time of delivery.

When it comes to returns, please make sure to keep the following things in place:

  • Notify The Artisans Vault of receipt of a damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery to you
  • Products should be unused
  • Products must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, accessories, etc

Refund Policy for Domestic Orders

Once your return has been approved and received by us, refunds will be processed within 5-15 working days. Generally all refunds are processed within these timelines however depending on the payment mode used while making the payment, they could differ.

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund amount is pushed to the same credit card.

 

Return Policy for International Orders

Incase of any requests for Returns for all orders shipped internationally, customer is liable to pay the shipping cost for the return and replacement of goods. The Artisans Vault will not be liable to absorb any additional shipping costs other than the cost incurred for delivery of the order the first time.

The Artisans Vault will provide the estimated charges for reverse pick up and re-shipping of the product requested, once agreed upon, a payment link will be shared, following which the shipping process will be carried out.
