Rare Brass Kettle & Matching Trivet Set

This beautiful kettle features a classic rounded form, raised on ball feet and finished with a turned dark wooden handle. Paired with it is a matching footed trivet, distinguished by its intricate pierced sunburst design.

Both pieces have developed a rich, naturally aged patina over the years, lending warmth and character to the brass. The underside of the trivet bears the JS&S B maker’s mark, associated with Joseph Sankey & Sons of Bilston, along with the British registered design number RD 438067.
